I create spaces where women and mothers return to themselves and reclaim their truth, creativity, and aliveness. From that place, they live with depth, harmony, and genuine fulfillment, becoming a ripple in how they relate, create, and move through the world.
About Erica
Erica WellsĀ is a private coach, writer, and speaker whose work centers on personal transformation, relational depth, and embodied self-leadership.
She studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Southern California and continued her training in meditation in Pune, India at the Osho Meditation Resort. She is also a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator.
Erica’s path is informed by a multidisciplinary background. She was an NCAA athlete on a full scholarship at USC and spent time competing on the professional tennis circuit before transitioning into a decade-long career in the entertainment industry as a hair and makeup artist. Her work included collaboration with high-profile clients such as Brad Pitt, John Legend, and Jonas Brothers.
Today, she works privately with a select group of women and mothers, including founders, creatives, and high-profile individuals, supporting them in moving beyond conditioned patterns and into more aligned, intentional ways of living. Her approach integrates depth psychology, nervous system awareness, and spiritual frameworks, creating lasting shifts in how her clients experience themselves, their relationships, and their work.
She is currently completing graduate studies in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, further deepening her work in depth psychology and relational practice.
In addition to her private mentorship, Erica collaborates with international brands, corporations, and hospitality groups to lead workshops, talks, and breathwork experiences.
Her work is offered on a limited and highly curated basis.
The Work
This work is rooted in the understanding that how you experience your life is shaped by the patterns, conditioning, and identities you have learned to embody.
Through a process of deep awareness and self-honoring, you begin to see what has been operating beneath the surface and how it has been shaping your relationships, your decisions, and your sense of self.
My approach integrates depth psychology, nervous system awareness, and spiritual frameworks. Together, we move beyond surface-level change and into the transformation of unconscious patterns, the cultivation of self-trust, and a more grounded sense of safety within the body.
As your internal experience shifts, the external begins to reorganize. The way you relate to yourself and others evolves, and a more aligned way of living naturally emerges.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you are and learning to live from that place with clarity, depth, and intention.
